Return and Refund Policy

At S2S4, every piece is crafted with care and quality you can feel. We want you to love what you wear — and we stand behind every order we ship.

📦 Our Commitment

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Before your order leaves our facility, it goes through a careful quality check to ensure it meets our standards.

✅ When We Accept Returns / Replacements

We offer a replacement or store credit (not a cash refund) in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item (wrong size or product)

To raise a claim, you must:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at s2s4style@gmail.com
  2. Share your Order ID and clear unboxing photos/video showing the issue
  3. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags intact

We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above criteria.

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For

  • Change of mind or incorrect size ordered (please refer to our Size Guide before ordering)
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Orders where unboxing proof is not provided
  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

🔄 Resolution Process

Once your claim is verified (within 4–5 business days), we will offer:

  • Replacement of the same item (subject to availability), or
  • Store Credit valid for 6 months on your next purchase

Cash refunds are not available at this time.

⚠️ Please note: Exchange or replacement is applicable only once per order.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been dispatched, whichever is earlier. Once the order has been dispatched or 24 hours have passed since placing the order, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
