Return and Refund Policy

Returns  are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Return pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours from the date of the request.


You can always contact us for Return or any other question  at s2s4style@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 24 working hours. If your message is related to an order, please include your Order ID(found in your order confirmation email) so we can assist you more efficiently.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, You’ll need to provide proof, such as an unboxing video or images of the defective product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds 

Once the order has been picked up by our courier partner, the refund will be initiated within 48 hrs from the date your order is picked, subject to your returns passing the quality check.

💵 If you paid online(Prepaid Orders):
Your refund will go back to the same account you used for payment. It usually takes 5–7 working days after approval.(excluding Bank Holidays)

💵 If you choose Cash on Delivery:
Please email us s2s4style@gmail.com your bank details (Account Holder Name, Account Number, Bank Name, and IFSC Code).
Once we receive and verify your details, we’ll send your refund via NEFT within 3–5 working days.(excluding Bank Holidays)

*S2S4 will not be responsible for any delays due to incorrect or incomplete bank details provided by the customer.
