At S2S4, every piece is crafted with care and quality. We want you to love what you wear.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for size-related issues only. If the item you received doesn't fit as expected, you may request an exchange for a different size of the same product, subject to availability. Please note: Exchange is permitted only once per order.
Eligibility for Exchange
- Request must be raised within 1-2 days of delivery.
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Exchange is applicable on the same product in a different size only.
- Each order is eligible for one exchange only — no further exchanges will be accepted.
How to Request an Exchange Email us at s2s4style@gmail.com. with your order number, the size received, and the size required. Our team will guide you through the process.
Non-Eligible Items
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Items that have already been exchanged once.
Refunds We do not offer refunds on any orders. All sales are final except in the case of a size exchange as mentioned above.
